- These forged aluminium frying pans have an internal 6 layer tech re-enforced cookware coating that is PTFE and Nickle free and can be used on all cooking surfaces
- The non-stick coating is ultra-re-enforced with diamond powder to increase scratch and abrasion resistance
- The non-stick coating is resistant up to 100 000 cycles with a metal spatula
- All frying pans are dishwasher safe
- The frying pans have a very thick bottom, an external coating that is resistant to high temperature and a handle with a soft touch effect finish
