Use & Care
- Handwash cookware in warm soapy water with a dish brush or cloth (recommended)
- Prevent boiling dry and allow to cool before placing in water
- Avoid extending heat source beyond the base of the cookware
- Use wooden, nylon, or silicon utensils to protect the non-stick surface
- Avoid cutting food with a knife while in the cookware to prevent surface damage
- Recondition cookware by applying a light coating of oil with a paper towel if non-stick properties diminish over time
- Use low to medium heat for most cooking; high heat for searing or browning
